About Suzanne Crosdale, Kinesiologist
Qualified Practitioner & Teacher
A.T.M.S. & A.K.A. Level 2

I am a natural therapy practitioner and instructor and I love working with people particularly those who choose to learn in my classes. For some time I have dedicated myself to focusing my attention on my passion for training adults and teaching small groups about kinesiology and other beneficial therapies.

It is never too late to learn new and useful skills. I was in my late 30’s when I undertook training in a field that was completely new to me. I didn’t have the confidence earlier to make the change in my life’s direction. I am always grateful to those who trained and nurtured me in their classes. I enjoyed worked in the banking industry for 17 years and raising my family before making this change.

I can recommend the classes to anyone who wants to improve their own life skills, confidence, health and happiness. These classes help each participant improve in any area where they might be experiencing a problem – relationships, career, prosperity, confidence, happiness, stress, well-being, goal setting, time management, and for children - learning and performance at school.

If your aim is to help your children, this can be achieved in Links to Learning – NLK 1. If you regularly feel stressed or anxious come along to learn techniques on how to release and control stress in your daily life. If you feel stuck and unmotivated come along to find out about goal setting and motivation while uncovering the cause to it all. If you feel there isn’t enough money come along and change the beliefs that you won’t have all you desire in life.

All of the above is offered in six structured levels in classes called Neuro-Linguistic Kinesiology. These classes take you on a journey and really train you to become a skilled practitioner. NLK is approved by the Australian Kinesiology Association. Many of your own unconstructive life issues that you haven’t been able to understand before can be uncovered, assessed and changed. Release programs and beliefs set up from your childhood that are still block your progress today.

Other classes that I teach are Touch for Health and Thetahealing. Many of my students attend all of the workshops and find they all work in together to become a very powerful healing tool.

In between my classes I choose only see a select number of clients each week for individual one and a half hour confidential sessions. I help people accurately identify and effectively release their problems with simple techniques. Feel better and improve daily life.
