I, together with Catherine Crowley, offer a mobile service catering for employees who need stress release. Please view our brochure for more details on this new and exciting service.
I also offer private one on one healing sessions here at the Cessnock Natural Balance Centre, located at the Dolphin Healing Centre in the grounds of the Calvary Retirement Community in Cessnock.
As a private client you will experience a very caring session with me. I always allow at least one and a half to two hours so I can give you my full attention without any concern of any clients’ waiting.
When you arrive the first time I will ask you to fill out a client history sheet that is very basic – mostly personal information for contact details and any thing that you want me to know for the reason you have made an appointment (only if you can do this – otherwise we find out together how I can help you.)
One of the benefits for any client is my ability to release stress and help you feel relaxed.
We investigate together what you would like to do better, differently or change. Once we establish this there is a series of questions from Neuro-Linguistic Programming that I ask – simply ‘what will happen when you achieve this change’, what will you see when you have achieved this change’, how will you know when you have the change’ and so on.
In any kinesiology there is no requirement to remove any clothing – you can take your shoes off if you desire for comfort.
I will write you a positive affirmation and then, using muscle testing, will commence to do the change work required for you to achieve the affirmation in your everyday life easily and effectively.
Muscle testing is done pressing lightly on your wrist as I ask the body a question and I ensure you have the education needed to know exactly what I am doing and how I read the muscle testing. You can always ask me what I am doing with the muscle testing if you want to at any time during the session.
I will use muscle testing to ask the body what you need to do for a correction for the goal we are working on – it can be simply lightly holding specific points on your head, running meridians, rubbing under the collar bones for 2 minutes or one of many other simple choices.
To complete the session we retest what was a stress at the beginning of the session and ensure it is now accepted in a better non-stressful way and that you are free of the stress that was previously evident. You may have some home support such as saying the affirmation each day for one week or similar.
Often clients do not need repeat appointments. You come back when you feel you have identified another stress in your life that you would like to have eliminated. I see many people with appointment every 3 months or 6 months apart – after they contact me to come back. I am always delighted to see my clients! Do I get a balance myself? You bet – as often as I can and as I teach I get balances usually on a fortnightly basis and love it!
