Whilst Kinesiology is not a new concept to myself, it was one that I didn't (before our meeting) have 100% confidence in but I was very open to the possibilities. This is the reason for this email. I wish to thank you for the clarity and simply amazing events that have happened in only 48 hours.

Firstly, I followed your suggestion to negotiate the termination of my business partner’s involvement in my company. This happened approximately 400m from leaving your premises, by phoning my partner from my mobile phone. I gently suggested that we needed to seriously review our current structure and I strongly suggested that our partnership and her involvement in the company needed to be reviewed. The conversation ended with my business partner stating she would give me an answer by the following morning. The following day we had, what was our final business meeting, over lunch. The result of this meeting was that we had come to an amicable agreement for her departure. I must point out this split was very positive, without any ill feeling whatsoever (as you predicted).

The almost amazing events started to occur less than two hours from our meeting and approximately 1.5 hours from the conversation with my business partner. Even though the official decision for my partner to leave was made the following day, the result was really known the moment we finished the call on my mobile phone. Two hours after leaving you and 1.5 hours after ending the partnership with my business partner, I received a telephone call from the prospective purchasers for the real estate development. It is important to point out that the negotiation with the prospective buyers had reached a major hurdle that seemed impossible to overcome. I recommended to my development partners that we give them more time as my gut feeling was that they would come good. This negotiation had stalled for over 4 months. The telephone call was to inform me that they were ready to proceed with the purchase and that they would be lodging their deposit imminently. Sue, whilst I told you this was a large deal I didn't tell you how large. The contract price for this sale is $29,000,000 of which I am a quarter shares. Thankyou, Thankyou, Thankyou!!!

As if this wasn't a good enough result from our meeting I managed to sell a property for top price the same day. This property was on my books for over 6 months with seemingly no chance to sell. My phone has not stopped ringing since, with a multitude of possible sales over the coming week. I have had a couple of people comment how different (positive) the office has felt both today and yesterday.

Another comment you had made at our meeting related to the universe balancing itself. Yesterday, I received a settlement of one of my personal properties. This property was purchased to help a family member gain a better deal and my wife and I had hoped that we may make a small profit if we ever sold. We made the decision to sell this property to realise some cash to prop us up for our major development, as no progress was being made with this sale (until meeting you). The result of this sale meant we suffered a loss of approximately $20,000. Before the proceeds had barely had a chance to clear at the bank, I received a phone call from a business associate in Melbourne that had a major issue of his own. He needed $20,000 to meet a development loan, by close of business today (it was 3.15pm), that hinged on him securing a multi million dollar loan for a residential development he was involved in. After some careful thought and a little negotiation it was resolved that I would lend the $20,000 to his company in return for a heavily discounted residential block in his development. I made the deposit at the bank with fifteen minutes to spare and drove one hour to sign the contract for the block of land. The result of this rapid fire transaction was that I used the proceeds of the settlement that had just lost me $20,000 to enter into a new deal that had made me $60,000 a net profit of $40,000 over the two deals. I guess you were right, the Universe does find equilibrium.

If this has been the transformation in 48 hours by following Kinesiology guidelines, I cannot wait for the next 48+++ year’s of the simply amazing results by believing in Kinesiology.
